Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I ask my doctor not to disclose my hiv status on my physical he was filling out for my clinical internship but he did so any way with out my permission. Is this a valuation of my HIPAA rights.

HIPPA does not give you any right to have a doctor provide a false medical record. If you had to get a physical for an internship, the reason is presumably because your current health is relevant. Such a requirement would be meaningless if you or the doctor could essentially falsify the report by omitting negative information.
