Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I have two dogs and they go outside usually in the mornings around 8 AM. This is the same time as the kids start walking past on their way to school and so my dogs being dogs, they bark. My neighbors get off work around 3 AM and are still trying to sleep when my dogs go outside. Now I have tried to keep my dogs quiet and to let them sleep but it seems nothing is ever good enough for them and they are now trying to act like my dogs being outside is abusive to them (the dogs). I tried to be neighborly about this but they just won't stop harassing me about it. Do I have any recourse?

Recourse for what? Nothing in your post actually tell us what they are doing to you.
