Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I am currently employed by Pilot Traveler's center. I am a 35 yr old african american women and a single mother of 3. I have had several encounters with a manger at my workplace that has said some racial remarks to me and even called me a slut in my face. She also came to work and stated that her kids told her that their father said she worked with a bunch of ni*****. I am deeply offended and since the last incident I have stayed off work 2 days due to the fact that I feel belittled. I need to know what I can do legally to hold her accountable for her actions?

You probably don't get to sue her, but you MAY get to sue your employer. See an employment attorney.
