Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Emplyed with a company for 15+years filed in EEOC claim against company in 2000. Resigned from employer in 2008 and was re-hired after 10 months full-time. After orientation was called and told I could not have full only part-time or on call per the person named in my old EEOC claim. Met with three parties at old employer to try to resolve and no one called me back. I lost my old contract with my old employer and all of my old benefits at my current job too. Please advise on how and what to file?

File for what? You fail to state the terms of any contract or terms of employment, how long you have been there, etc. What right do you have to a full time job? Or any job? What does an 8 year old EEOC claim have to do with anything? Are you actually asking whether you have some kind of entitlement to a job with this company, even if you resign and try to go back?
