Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
My ex-boyfriend is threatening to send nude pictures of me to everyone. I am only 18; is there anything I can do about this? Are there and charges I can file if he does?

You did not tell us who owns the pictures, how old you were when they are taken, whether he took them without your knowledge (ie, while sleeping, etc), what the pictures actually are, etc. You can spend thousands of dollars trying to prevent him from sending the pictures. Now for the sermon - even at 18, you should have known this would happen. It was always highly unlikely at 18 this was your lifetime relationship, and it could end in a negative way. Stories hit the news almost weekly that someone has pictures on the internet so it is not exactly a surprise that pictures get passed around. 18 is plenty old enough to know better, and the pictures getting out may be the price to pay for the decision and a big lesson for the future.
