Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I filed a claim in Magistrate against a family for scamming me out of money and selling me defective merchandise. The Marshall notified me that the defendant had moved. What else can I do. What is the statute of limits of refiling this case.
An acquaintance of my stated I could file a criminal complaint since I was over 70 and what he did was a criminal offense. I really want to file in civil court so I can get my money back and give him ack this defective car.

Your post is confusing but unless you have a warranty on a defective car, you bought it as is and have no case.
