Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
When someone files for administrator of the estate and it is denyed because of money owed to the IRS and said person lied about getting mail from the IRS stating that money was owed, is there anything other parties involved can do to prevent this person from filing again when debts are settled?
