Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I am trying to find an attorney who can help file an appeal for a default judgment and possibly fraud. This case was a complete mix up of the same name of people living at the same address. It has been a big confusing mess because the person the debt should be addressed to is no deceased but judgement has been made to the wrong person.
