Fraudulent merchandise
I ordered a specific model product, but on delivery it was not what was ordered. Owner refuses refund.Is there a legal action we can pursue for fraudulent merchandise?

If you paid with a credit card, you can place the transaction in contest by writing to the card issuer, explaining the basis for your request with the relevant details and identifying information. (The request must be in writing and cannot be made by telephone.)
