Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
My girlfriend and I got arrested for public indecency in Georgia. if convicted, will this be considered a sexual offense and will we have to register as sex offender. Also, during booking, one of the officers told my girlfriend of my criminal past and asked her why she would date someone like me and considered her a prostitute. Is this legal?

Get a very good criminal lawyer. Depending on the ultimate disposition, you may be branded a sex offender. Regardless, the conviction will probably make you unemployable.
