Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Good Afternoon, I'm a tenant with a propety management company. My lease end on 7/31/14 and I have previously discussed the terms of a new lease. Today I was informed that those terms would not be honored. I've requested to speak to a supervisor but my concern is can I be put out on the 31st?

If you overstay a lease, the landlord can take the appropriate steps to evict.
