I was harassed and asked to leave at the apartment complex by the pool monitor who only enforces the 2 guest rule when it suits her. I felt racially discriminated against. do I have a case

No, there is not a case in your post - lawsuits are not based on what you "felt." They are based on facts and evidence. If you have an issue with an employee or the pol rules, you should discuss with the management.
