Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
My husband was arrested in 2007 for some battery charges from a fight he was involved in. The charges have been dropped as of sveral years ago. I googled his name and there is a site which displays his picture and the charges. The site says the info is only publishedfor 6 months but its still there in 2012. My question is; can he sue them for slander for still hving the info up 5 years later?

Slander means statements were false. You failed to tell us what statements about your husband, as published in the website, were false.
