Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

My husband bought wings and fried rice which came with celery from Phat Phish Cafe located at 1046 Fayetteville Rd. Suite E Atlanta Ga. 30316, on March 22, 2014 which is a Saturday. At about 2:30, my family and I were eating and I gave my 4 month old son 2 pieces of celery to chew on also my 2 year old daughter ate a celery too, a little while later I opened the box of celery and saw that there was a band-aid that looked like it had been used was on the celery. I immediately told my husband to take the celery back, not to long after, he came back and said "they said" What do they suppose to do?" and he said" they Said" they aren't going to give me a refund". So I went up there and recorded the whole thing, and what I seen in the restaurant was unbelievable, there was cooked or raw food sitting in the frier net thing and there was only one customer in there, it was junk all over the back counter and the inspection score was on a far back wall where I could barely see the inspection paper, I could only see that the score was a 74 C. I talked to them with respect and calmly and told 3 customers calmly what my family and I just experienced and to be aware. My son is very sick and so is my daughter.

You need to take the children to the doctor, if you have not done so (again, important information left out). If the illnesses are related to the food (band aid or not), you'll have to decide to pursue it with the manager/owner or see a lawyer. If the doctor doesn't think the illnesses are related, or cannot come up with actual evidence, it goes back to complaining and trying to get a refund, gift cards, etc (though I doubt you want to go there again). You also can report them to the local county health department and licensing agency, YELP, etc.. Again the question is what you want?
