Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I am involved in a discrimination case against a federal agency and my case has been accepted by the federal district court. The court has given me indigent status but no attorney. I have been sending out request for pro bono and civil rights group but no response. What do I need to include in my request for legal help and what documentation should I send. I only sent the request explaining the situation and the court order and can you provide additional groups for me to contact. Thank you for your time.

There are any number of discrimination lawyers who work on a contingency for a strong case. In fact, that is the norm and virtually all are happy top discuss the case for free. Contact lawyers who primarily handle these kids of cases. If lawyers are not willing to take the case there is a reason, and it is almost always that it is not a strong case with a reasonable chance of recovery. If this has happened, it is wise to consider this.
