Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

my kids are being verbually and emotionally and physically abused on the bus by another student. I ve reported it directly to the Transportation Director and nothings been done its been a week and a half. they dont like it but he still gets away with it. what needs to be done?

It depends. It depends on whether the bus is a school bus or a city bus (public transportation). If it's a school bus, you should report it to the school. If it's a public transportation bus, you need to press the issue with the transportation director. You may also call the police and report the bullying children -- let the authorities sort out the issue.
