Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
if the land owner unlawfully evicted my step mother from my dead fathers mobile home that is in my fathers name. we are probating estate now but land owner made payments and paid taxes for my father for 5 years. does he have the right to evict her if there is no agreements or lease of any kind.and title is still in my fathers name.what action should i take? the loan is also still in my fathers name with $24,000 dollars still owed on it.

Your post is far from clear, and it is in the wrong category so other lawyers might not see it. It also looks like you have already determined something was "unlawful" so I am not sure why you need us. Generally, when people don'y pay rent they are evicted. When people don't pay loans, there is a foreclosure then an eviction. You mention a loan, but no eviction. You need to post again, with clear facts, or see a lawyer (which you should have for the estate anyway).
