Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
what is the legal action in case abusiness owner discriminate against me, insult me and cuss me out in public in shopping mall as I was walking by and i have a witness as far as i know frist thing i should do is file a complaint against him but then what ?
here is the full story :-
while i was walking by the accessories kiosk in the mall shopping the vendor had caught me by surprise jumped on me and ask me . what do you want ? are you going to buy anything ? I said no Im just looking he said get the hell out of here, you are not welcome here .
at the beginning i thought it's some kind of joke as i replied :- and who are you ? The mall owner or something?
he repeated get the hell out of here i am gonna call the security .
I asked him: - for what? Anyways go ahead and call as i really could not understand what is his problem or what is going on ?
He tried to pretend calling. I stand still with no word
But he did not really call as i believe there was nothing to be called the security for
he started to yell in front of public :- get the hell out of here you mother fucker
1 Answer from Attorneys
Again,, rudeness and crudeness is not grounds for a lawsuit and a pile of money. You state no facts showing unlawful discrimination. Complain to mall management.
