Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
What legal recourse can i take. I am being accused of sexual acts in public. I live in a trailer park with my parents, husband, and son. There is a pool here. I have never been to the pool without my son and mother. The managers that run this place told my parents that I was preforming sexual act on my husband at the pool. Which I have never did. They have banned me from taking my son to the pool plus me and my husband are not permitted to walk around with one of my parents with us. There are no camera here for them to verify. This is not the first time this trailer park have accused me of doing something against the rules.

Depending on who they told, if you can prove the statement was untrue, they have accused you of a criminal act, and that may be defamation. You may have a right to sue. Be aware that a simple defamation suit will cost you enormous legal fees, and your damages may be smaller than the legal fees (they may be zero if your parents were the only ones they told).
A simpler and less pricey option may be to hire an attorney to write them on your behalf.
