Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I live in a swim and tennis community and now our advisory board has decided to install cameras at the pool to film everyone. I am 62 and not concerned for myself. I do not however want anyone filming my grandchildren. What can I do about this? I pay amminity dues and this is part of my community.

I suspect "film everyone" is not an accurate portrayal of what they are doing, but you did not give us that information. Security cameras are everywhere, and for good reason. Better a camera than an individual with improper motives. If you object, tell the HOA. Ask how long they keep data and who gets to see it. Otherwise, it is a reasonable step for them to take. If you don't want the grandchildren on camera, they can swim elsewhere.
