Mandated fingerprinting

Does requiring teachers to get fingerprinted in order to sign an employment contract violate the right of privacy?

No. Due to heightened concerns about teacher's with criminal histories and possible sex offenders, requiring fingerprints in aid of a background check has been held to be a reasonable condition of employment.
