i have a misderminors 5 years ago, how i sponge it? it happen when i was living in FL, now im in GA do i need to get a lawyer in FL.

If you have a misdemeanor conviction, it will probably not be expunged. Why? If every conviction were expunged, no one would have a criminal record. However, FL may have some special exception, so you should consult AND pay a FL attorney.
