Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I paid a down payment on a car at a car lot. Went to get my tag because my temporary tag expired and the tag office said that they can not issue a tag for the car. the car has been listed as abandoned in the system. called the dealer back and they said that they were going through some legai issues with the vehicle. they were not able to extend the temporary tag and they are being suied by the owner of the car. When I called them about it they kept haning up on me. Last night while i was at work they came and repossed it. what can i do about this?

You are dealing with criminals. Make a police report and also go to the governor's office of consumer affairs. You will also likely need to sue the criminals. It is a crime to sell a car that cannot be titled.
