Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Can I get a pay cut for moving to a different shift but still forming the same duties with same position? I have had the same position for 2 1/2 yrs and just moved to different shift which my employer has given me a 10% paycut

This is not a "civil rights" question so you likely won't get all the responses you would get by posting in the appropriate category. However, absent a contract, employees are generally entitled to minimum wage (though there is no general right to any employment at all) and an employer is generally free to drop pay to that level.
