Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I have a piece of equipment(Skidsteer) that has been on my property for 2 years 7 months. The owner contacted me last year, said he was going to come and get it, but he hasn't , yet. How long does this equipment have to stay in my yard, before I can dispose of it?
