if the police pull a gun on my two year old and I and i was not in the wrong and they came in the house without permission

If you are asking about your rights, you need to present more information.

The police can enter a house without permission or a warrant under a narrow set of circumstances. Similarly, police cannot simply pull guns on a whim.
