Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Someone put a camera in my tent during a music festival. I only found this out after I left. They filmed me under the influence of an illegal drug. They spent the entire time watching me and have told me they were going to post it on YouTube.

If this video becomes public I could lose my job.. Can they legally film me in my tent without my permission? I did not open the tent. I did not give permission for them to film me.

Yasha is absolutely right - you did not give enough facts

Hire an attorney ASAP to try to stop the dissemination of thoes images - after videos, stills, etc, published and/ or put on U-Tube, etc, it may be too late to stop your loss of job (or criminal prosecution, if warranted)
