Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I recently filed a Faculty Complaint on one of my instructors. The instructor continually screamed and stood over me in a threatened manner. Additionally, I have three eye-witness statements and a statement of an apology from the instructor for her conduct. However, it appears that the university is trying to dismiss these claims. I am a Purple Heart Veteran seeking assistance for this injustice. How can how I go about being appropriately represented in this matter?

You complained. You instructor apologized. If it is not enough for you, what do you want? What is your legal issue? You are certainly free to hire and pay a lawyer to make the complaints on your behalf.
