Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

How can one be reindicted from Nolle Prosequi? I was falsely charged with Disorderly Conduct and now I wish to file charges against the person who initially made these false claims against me. Can I be reindicted for the same charge of Disorderly Conduct by pursuing this?
