How do I get a restraining order in Georgia? A former sorority sister stalks me to my apartment at night, drives past my parents' house to see if my car is there, and asks my roommate for my class schedule so she'll know "when I'm free to hang out."

Go to the local Clerk of Superior Court. Make sure you really need to take this serious step, and it really is a serious issue. You can also have a lawyer write her a letter to stay away.
