Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I am seventeen years old, and got charged with Affray,the only reason I got charged is because I fought a sixteen year old at school, she hit me first and I was only defending myself, I got arrested but the officer never read my rights, was he suppose too? & if so what can I do about it?
