Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
My sister is divorced in GA this year and has her (then) husband's cell phone records for the last 2 years that were legally obtained as part of her divorce proceedings. These cell phone records reveal nonstop texting and calling with his mistress who works for him and who is also married.
My question is, can I mail a copy of the phone records to the mistress's husband to get him out of denial that an affair is going on without getting myself in to legal trouble? My motivation is to give him proof in black and white so he can determine for himself if his wife has been lieing to him (just as my sister was lied to) for over 2 years.

How about you just stay out of it and allow other people to handle their own business? You made the point of telling us your motivation, but you won't likely get many people to believe that (and it does not matter anyway). You want to send the information to her to take a shot at the wife and get her back - it is that simple. Her husband can make up his own mind about his wife, and they can make their decisions all by themselves. Your sister's divorce is apparently concluded so stop causing more problems (and that might include future problems for you and your sister). Move on.
