How to stop the garnishment of business property if the marshals are at your place of business

Either a Bankruptcy filing or restraining order - neither of which can be obtained in the time it takes for the Marshall to allow the creditor to take the property (unless the BR filing was already planned in advance and ready to file electronically by the BR lawyer). When the Marshall shows up, it is too late.
