Can I sue an hotel i booked there ball room and paid my deposit sent out save this date invitations and also sent out my regular invitation for them to call me and tell me that the date they gave me was already booked is there any thing i can do

It depends. Did you sign a contract with the facility? If so, what does it say about your situation? I would strongly recommend that you consult with a Georgia attorney. At the very least, you should be able to recover your deposit and possibly the cost of having new invitations printed, postage, etc.
