Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Can I sue the state or county for not removing my criminal charges? I was 17 when I was arrested and used my first offender's and for 7 years it has been haunting me, I have the paper stating I have all my civil rights back and I can legally say I was never convicted of a crime, but my charges come up on a simple background check
