Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I saw a teacher post a comment against illegal immigration on her facebook page. She said that parents that are sending their kids here unaccompanied are being drafted by drug cartels and Georgia couldn't afford them. I believe it is racist. I sent her principal an email with a copy of the clip plus I plan on sending the Board a copy then Im going to post his comment on the door of the school. Am I wrong or must teachers keep their beliefs private and do not have the right as a public employee to make remarks regarding public concern such as immigration? Can I keep writing his job and can I post his remarks on his schoolhouse door? Or is this harassment? I am a taxpayer

Asked and answered though this time you posted as if you were the other party. Both parties need to give it a rest and realize that having different opinions or beliefs is not a reason to try to harm the other person.
