Glenn is correct that a general civil claim, filed in state court, has a two year statute of limitaitons.

However, if you want to take advantage of federal laws such as sex discrimination and sexual harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (which you most likely do), you must first file a charge with the EEOC. This must be done within 180 days of the last discriminatory act or last harassing behavior.
