Can u tell me
can a 16 year old girl legally date a 19 year old boy?

You can date, but you cannot have sex. While a girl can consent to sex after 16 yrs of age, Georgia still has a fornication statute that makes sex between two unmarried people a misdemeanor and could subject the man to being on the sex abuser registry (Megan's law.)
