Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Last week I went on a job interview. After the interview was over I received text messages from the guy doing the interview telling me he thought I was beautiful and that he liked me etc. I did not respond to the messages after he told me who he was. I didn't give him my phone number he took it off my resume which also has other personal info like address and email. After no response from me he apologized and said he would still recommend me for the job. Needless to say I haven't heard back from the job. I felt damned the minute he text me. I also fear he has my address not sure what he can do after all he contacted me without my permission and took it for personal use. Can someone advise me of my options.
