Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I have work in a cardiology office for 11 yrs and his wife is the office manager and I am the clinical manager. She verbal abuse is harsh to some many employees that our turn over is high. She degrade and insults openly in front of co worker and patients. I have been hospitalize due to the destress and very depressed. Ibhave gone to the doctor on several occasion but nothing has been done. What are my legal rights

The first thing you should be doing is finding a new job. Merely being rude or "harsh" is not a legal issue - otherwise the courts would be full of unhappy employees. Beyond that, you don't provide facts to show the conduct rises to a legal claim.
