Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
I work for a local government agency here in Georgia. Recently I was call a "boy" by one of my white co workers( there are two people who herad this remark). I reported this incident to the Assistant Director of my department(who is also white) and he responsed with laughter. So I reported all of the above-mentioned incident to the Director of my department and the Human Resource Department and nothing has happen. Is this covered by the Civil Rights Act and if so what actions should I take?
