Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

When I was 16, I committed a crime and was charged by theft by deception. I completed the first offenders program. In october of 2009, I started a job as a temp in a tax software company. They did a background check and saw something on my record about first offender. I called probation office and they said the paper didn't get filed. I filed it in october. I got hired for a new job and they are doing a background check. What will show up? Thanks

What you posted doesn't add up. At age 16 you were a juvenile and that does not get done through first offenders and does not appear on an adult criminal history. Repost with the correct facts and perhaps someone here can answer.
