Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia
Client A signs a contract stating that he owns or is authorized to represent the owner of a Network. He asks me (a penetration testing company) to crack it. After I crack it, recover teh pass, tell him how to make it more secure; I find out it's not actually his network and now he has the password. Am I liable? or is the client?

It sounds like you both committed a serious felony and I would suggest you seek the best criminal attorney you can afford.
