Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia
If I created a program at my office, to help me do my job faster, without being asked to create that program, the company saw the results of that program and realized it worked better than what they were using at the time and implemented my program as the standard, when I leave that job can I stop them from using my program unless they pay me for the rights?
