Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia
I have been a customer of McAfee for many years, recently my subscription renewed but my computer crashed not long after that and I wasn't able to fix it. My subscription is paid until December, but when I talked to them in February, they refused to give me a refund, a partial refund or a similar product that would work with my new computer(different operating system), because I called 60 days after renewal. So, basically I paid for a service that I can't use. What can I do?

No one here knows the terms of your agreement and you did not tell us. Does the agreement or terms of service say you are entitled to a refund?
McAfee's license, which you accepted when you bought the product, basically is no refunds. So you have no legal remedy.
However, if you cause them enough problems, you might luck out. Send a polite letter direct to the CEO of the company. Additionally, make complaints to the Better Business Bureau and your state office of consumer affairs.
