Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

My Dad just bought a computer from his friend.....

Turns out the computer wasn't the friend's to sell and now he won't repay us and my dad is out of the money hepaid abd i am without the use of the computer i needed for school. What do we do legally?

Seriously, if he will not repay the money, your only options are (1) sue in small-claims court, or (2) eat the loss and buy a replacement.

How much wass paid? Sometimes a strong Demand Letter from a Business Atty will take care of it.

Also- since Seller did not own Computer this is FRAUD - and a Crime was committed.
