Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

I want to host an online video game tournament site. I already bought everything (domain, hosting, etc.) when a friend told me that it was illegal due to gambling. Users get into teams and pay $10 a team to join, and the top players at the end of the tournament get paid money. All the transactions are via PayPal. I think it is not gambling because the tournament is based on skill, not luck. What are my legal complications and what must I do to resolve them?

Get a good lawyer. If there is an element of chance, it is likely gambling and you can go to jail. If it is a game of skill, you wnat everything properly set up.
