legalities of website set-up as an affiliiate of another company
I'm an affiliate of another web-based business. My website directs people to their website. What do I have to do legally? What are my legal obligations?

Re: legalities of website set-up as an affiliiate of another company
This is a pretty broad question, and it depends upon the nature of the website's business, and what your business obligations are with the referred website. Whatever they are, you'd want to ensure that you have appropriate website terms and conditions to reflect those obligations and the legal matters that are associated with them.
I'd be happy to chat with you further about your situation - feel free to contact my office to discuss.

I certainly agree that your questions are too broad for this type of website. You probably need to sit down with a local attorney and discuss the entire situation. Generally, the agreement between you and the other business will control your rights and duties.
If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
