Online Panhandling
I run a message board. One of my members asked for a ''loan'' and received money from another member. As owner of the board am I be liable for the debt if she doesn't pay it back? I do have a disclaimer in place stating that they ''use at their own risk''.

Of course you won't be liable, just as the phone company would not be liable if the loan had been arranged by telephone.
My answer assumes, of course, that your user agreement says nothing that might make you liable. It's hard to imagine that it would, but I suppose it's possible.
