Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

I paid a photographer for a photo of me. Do I have the right to edit it and post it on my website or do I need the permission of the photographer? I certainly did not sign anything giving him the rights for the photo, nor did he sign anything releasing rights.

No one here knows the terms agreement you made with the photographer. If these issues were not discussed ahead of time, they should have been. The obvious solution is to discuss it with him now.
